Today, we had an interesting case at the hospital. We had a patient who presented with a severe injury to his femur. After we asked our patient what happened, he stated that he was finishing up work in the field and decided to wash off in the water. As he was washing off, he was aggressively attacked by a crocodile. Thankfully, he was able to fight off the crocodile by jabbing it in the eyes with his fingers and receive help and transportation to the hospital. While we did not anticipate to hear this medical story today, Hope Ministries was able to provide the medical care for him that he needed.
