He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:29-30
At times the day may seem to drag on and the heart may appear to grow weary, as we travel throughout our day to day and do our best to build one another up. But the Lord our God tell us, that if we truly place our hope in Him, our strength will be renewed. With our strength renewed and our hearts full, we may run and not grow weary, we may walk and not be faint.
As we continue on with our work in Tanzania, we pray for His strength amongst our workers. We pray for His guidance amidst our travels, and we pray for His power throughout our service. Though the days may feel long and our eyes may grow heavy, His love never fails. His strength endures forever.
