“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.”
Love can look vastly differently for everyone. What a beautiful thought. You see, Jesus states in Mark 12 that loving thy Lord, our God, and loving thy neighbor as one self is the greatest commandment of all. It’s that simple, love. Love with our whole heart. Love with our whole, entire soul and love with all of our mind, strength and understanding.
And this love? Although it’s going to be displayed vastly different from one neighbor to the next, this Love is such a beautiful thing that should point all whom we encounter back to our main focus, Jesus Christ.
Can you help us as we take our love and spread it onto many others in various ways across seas in Tanzania. From loving the orphans to the widows who have no food to eat, to the surgical patients who have no hope for a better tomorrow, we choose love here at Hope Ministries. And we do so by displaying it onto others in our own unique ways. You aren’t worthless. You have His Love in you, and it’s so, so valuable. And it’s so, so worthy of being shared. Let’s take the time today and spread His Love from the east to the west, north to the south and to all of those around us. There’s always someone out there today who needs His Love. Let’s spread it together.
