At the Feet of Jesus

As we reflect on the past weekend of Easter and the magnificent sacrifice that came with it, may we never forget that we are always welcome to bring all our pain, frustrations, worries and fears to the feet of Jesus. Just as Mary sat at the feet of Jesus bringing all her concerns, thoughts and worries of that day into His presence, so can we, too, come sit at the feet of Our Savior and dwell in all the goodness that comes by sitting along side of Him.

As we press even closer to our next upcoming trip to Tanzania, we are offering up all our worries, concerns and fears of the days to come by just sitting, dwelling and asking Jesus, Our reigning Savior, to take them up once and for all.

“Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed — or indeed only one. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”
Luke 10: 38-41
