.. we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead.
And *he did rescue us* from mortal danger, and he will rescue us again. We have placed our confidence in him, and he will continue to rescue us. And you are helping us by praying for us. Then many people will give thanks because God has graciously answered so many prayers for our safety.

Learning to rely on God to help us endure through hard times over relying on our own strength is so important. Do not be deceived by the enemy’s lies that God never helps us in times of need or believe that He does not hear our desperate prayers. He always does; He always hears our prayers, and He always helps us in ways we could have never imagined.
Please pray with us for our friends and family in Tanzania today. We pray that God would boldly protect them from any ailments, heal them from any diseases and pave ways for them to sustain in their future.
Jesus, we acknowledge that we need You more than we need anything else.
