If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
(1 Corinthians 13:3)
Finding this passage this morning and reading it out loud was such a good reminder. With everything we do, whether it be completing daily tasks at home, caring for our families or working at our day jobs, may we do it all with Love at our center.
As we think about our team as they continue to make adjustments back in the United States, may we pray for endurance for any weariness, rest for any jet lag and peace for any turmoil within their very own hearts. May we pray for God’s comforting peace to shine abundantly within their lives and Jesus’ welcoming spirit to give them the rest in which He promises all of our souls. We appreciate all of this team’s hard work beyond measure.
