We are all called to a service for the Lord, our God, has chosen us. Friends, He has anointed us to proclaim the good news to the poor! He has written out all of our stories, and He has given us our blessings to bind up the brokenhearted. May we help the blind see. May we bring Light to the darkness that sadly still lies within this world, and may we provide comfort to all those who ache and mourn in all their sorrows.  We have been chosen to live out this life to it’s fullest. What a wonderful a blessing that is.

Please join us in prayer as we continue to bind up the brokenhearted in the heartland of Africa. Pray as we journey onward in aiding the many suffering and sick lying in the hospital beds. And please pray for all the children’s lives that we infect, who no longer have a physical mother or father present here on this earth. For in Hope Ministries, we are living out our calling. We choosing to obey, and we are listening to every command that our Heavenly Father above provides.

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
    because the Lord has anointed me
    to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
    to proclaim freedom for the captives
    and release from darkness for the prisoners,^[a]
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
    and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
   and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
    instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
    instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
    instead of a spirit of despair.
(Isaiah 61)
